In brief: Possibly

Refractive error can lead to you squinting your eyes (as my mother always stated - "you're straining your eyes") and headaches.
One of the tests physicians do is check vision in someone with chronic headaches. However, rx glasses should only be acquired if you have a refractive error - not as primary treatment of headache.

In brief: Yes

Eyestrain can cause or contribute to headaches, particularly tension type headaches.
If you're having vision problems i would recommend a vision exam and corrective lenses.
