What can I take over-the-counter to move my bowels. Regulary?

Fiber. A high fiber diet or fiber supplement is best, along with adequate hydration. Avoid using laxatives on a regular basis.
Sluggish bowel? The best approach involves more aerobic exercise, more sleep, and more bulk in the fecal stream. I usually recommend the bulk be supplied by Citrucel, as that does not increase intestinal gas production. How much more exercise and sleep is needed will vary by the person, and sometimes vary within one person by time of the year.
