In brief: Probably migraine

But he needs to be evaluated.
Your primary care doctor can examine him and determine if this is pure migraine or if there is something more serious that needs to be ruled out. If it's migraine, it can be treated. If it's something more serious, than the sooner you find out, the sooner you can start doing something about it. See your doctor.

In brief: Vomit and headache

Many possibilities.
It is time to get an examination by his doctor to find out what the problem is and obtain proper treatment. It may be something like a migrain headache or something more sinister.

In brief: Could be of concern

If these are new headaches, i would be seen semi-urgently.
He may be developing a migraine syndrome. If he has never been seen, get in and get a good check up. Associated symptoms of light sensitivity, tearing, location behind one eye, and other symptom characteristics would be important to know. Call your pcp and get in and get this resolved.
