Can a sinus ifection cause a headache, ear ache, and fever?

Yes. All of these symptoms can indicate a sinus infection or they could be something like the common cold. Generally a cold will make you more congested than a sinus infection. Also a cold will probably resolve in a day or two on its own. If these symptoms are not resolving soon, then you need to see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

By looking . Ear pain may just indicate fluid in the ear. If you have fever that may suggest you have ear infection. Motrin (if you are not allergic) would help with ear ache. But the only way to know is to have a doctor take a look at your ear drums. Read more...

I have had a cold for a few days. A wet cough, low grade fever, congestion, headache, ear ache, body pains. Now all of a sudden today I have a rash?

Need medical check u. You may have a head cold or some other Virus infection. Your skin rash worries me...it could be a drug allergy(if you are taking any medicines/antibiotics) or it may be due to the virus infection itself causing it. I have a severe throat & ear ache, along with chills & a fever, also accompanied by a bad headache & dizziness...do you have any idea what it is??

See a doctor. The sore throat and ear ache are often due to upper respiratory tract infection and may be Strep or a virus. This should not be producing the severe headaches, although the dizziness may be labyrinthitis. The concern is that this may be central nervous system extension of the primary illness and this should be evaluated ASAP. Go to an ER if necessary, but get someone to look at you. Best wishes.
