In brief: Be careful
The most important thing with diarrhea is to maintain your electrolytes.
Pedialyte is safe in pregnancy. Most diarrheas are from viruses and your body will get better on its own in just a few days. However, altered electrolytes can affect your circulation and baby. If you can not keep food down, you may need to go to a hospital to get IV hydration.

In brief: OTC products like ..
It is ok to take kaopectate when you're pregnant for relief of diarrhea.
Imodium (loperamide) is also ok. Pepto-bismol is not recommended, though, nor are any formulations (and kao-pectate might have such a formulation so check!) that contain salicylates, which are Aspirin and aspirin-like substances.
