You can have laser resurfacing with co2 laser such as active fx or even deep fx.
Those are really effective. I am treating the scars from eyelid surgery or tummy tuck scar as well. Other option can be a excision.

There are two ways to minimize suture "hatch marks" from repair of a wound.
1. For sutures above the skin surface, remove them early (5 days or less on the face) 2. Use deep buried sutures that can remain longer and either absorb or be removed later.
