Grief and loss. Grief is a process of working through a loss so that you eventually develop a way of living without that person in your everyday life (except in your heart, of course). To accomplish this, you need community support: friends, family, possibly support group, and maybe even professional counseling/therapy. Feel your feelings; weep as it comes up for you. Take walks. Care for yourself. Accept hugs.
