Proceed as usual. It is unlikely that normal chest compression will interfere with the breast implants and it is unlikely that the breast implants will interfere with properly performed breast compressions.
Nothing different… In the event of a cardiac arrest, patients are resuscitated “normally” with breast implants in place. In other words, management is not altered. Best wishes.

Nothing. If you code, CPR is performed but the area compressed is not the breast but the sternum, or chest bone. So rest assured, your implants will be safe!
