What vitamins help breast growth?

Breast growth. Thete are no studies to show that any vitamin or herbal therapy actually increases breast size. Breast tissue is responsive to hormonal changes like estrogen and progesterone. This is mainly seen for example in pregnancy. I would caution otc therapies for this as they are just not completely studied by the fda. I recently answered a similar post earlier, you may find that helpful as well.
