If there's an abnormal heart rhythm, such as atrial fibrillation, it's not uncommon for a protein to circulate through the blood creating the urge to urinate. If the heart rhythm is irregular and you don't otherwise feel stressed, call your physician right away. If chest pain, short of breath, dizziness, weakness, then call 911.
