I have acid reflux. How much time should I wait between meals?

In brief: No correlation

I'm not sure, but I do not think waiting between meals will control acid reflux.
If ur reflux symptoms are most active b4 eating, then u can tell when to eat based on severity, but acid reflux is most active in the morning (after not eating throughout the night). The mainstay of Rx for reflux are meds like Tums,Zantac (ranitidine) or Prilosec. Eating too frequently causes obesity, which makes acid reflux worse

In brief: Individual guidance

Acid reflux can be partially managed by smaller, more frequent meals.
One can also wait for the meal to pass through the stomach, but this timing varies wildly between different people.
