In brief: Depends on anatomy

Goal if possible is to achieve, atrioventricular and ventriculoarterial concordance as best possible.
Some transpositions of the great arteries are congenitally corrected if baby born with atrioventricular and ventriculoarterial discordance. Is it d or l tga, how many concomitant anomalies are present. If d-tga, no vsd, good valves, no coronary anomalies, good lv and rv, ASD closure and jatene best.
