Lactose-free milk. Milk lovers no longer have to stop drinking cow milk when they become lactose intolerant. Lactose-free milk used to be hard to find in the stores (mainly lactaid brand), but in the last 10 years, every american grocery store has it, in all the cities. Trust the media ???? Soy milk is lactose free & soy as a product is a basic protein source of billions of people in the orient. I look to the media is happiest when they create fear or conflict. Your choice... I like almond milk. Soy milk causes me and many others to have large amounts of gas. If you don't have this problem, then use the soy as it has more protein.
