In brief: Consider continuos
You sound like a good candidate for continuos use ocps.
I have many patients who do very well & allow a withdrawal bleed only 1 or 2x/year. If you've been on your ocp for at least 3 months, talk to your gyn about using an active pill daily. Seasonique is a brand that markets this (a cycle every 3 months) but you can do this with any monophasic (same dose per pill) ocp. I hope it works for you.
