In brief: Possible

I can grow during pregnancy but usually the high hormones during pregnancy actually suppress the endometriosis and make it better. It is more likely to grow after pregnancy is over.

In brief: Probably not

Most women with endometriosis do well during pregnancy.
Even if they had a lot of symptoms before pregnancy, they tend to subside considerably during pregnancy. It is likely due to the hormone changes in pregnancy leading to Progesterone dominant state. In addition, women do not go through cycles so there is no cramps associated with menstrual periods either.
