Usually disc. Excruciating pain from the hip down to the ankle can be due to a disc prolaplse causing nerve root pressure or the possiblity of a bony injury producing irritation of the adjoining nerve and or muscle needs to considered. Bursal inflmmation around the hip can also produce these symptoms.
Is it ok to use pantaprazole when on B12 therapy? Or it is better to use tums (calcium carbonate)? for acidity. Servere acidity with eye burning, legs pain. Etc
OK short term but... Proton pump inhibitors reduce B12 absorption. I feel they are unsafe for anyone to use for more than a few months.
