Muscle pain in both my legs from climbing all weekend. What do I do for relief?

Rest, ibuprofen, ice. Simple things like rest, some Ibuprofen 400-600mg 3x/day with food, and icing if it's within the first 48 hours. Avoid alcohol and drink plenty of fluids. No magic bullet for the pain to go away other than rest. It's great you were active all weekend though!
