I'm 7 weeks post ACL repair with continued swelling. Should I worry?

In brief: Depends

An acl reconstruction has usually calmed down by 7 weeks.
However, there can be many reasons for swelling. Swelling along the inner part of the knee could mean that you are still limping on the knee (and need to continue working on quad exercises). Swelling inside the knee could relate to associated damage such as cartilage and meniscus injuries, even if addresses at surgery. Time for a follow up!
