Does anyone know anything about bulging discs and treatment?

In brief: Common
Bulging disks in the spine are common in the neck and low back.
Most of the time they get better with just time, physical therapy and stretching. For pain control we recommend antiinflamatories, muscle relaxers and pain medication. Steroid injections can also be done. If all of this fails surgery is an option.
