I have a partial Achilles tendon rupture and will get my cast off in two weeks. What will happen next?

Physical therapy. Physical therapy to restore strength and function.
Proably therapy. After removal of the cast, the patient will likely require physical therapy to help regain the lost motion from the immobilization. Also it is just as important to strengthen the immobilized area and also work on flexibility to prevent further injuries and possible complete achilles tendon injuries in the future.
