In brief: Measure

This is still the best way to get good results.
Even better, the the shoe on the prosthesis. See a podiatrist or a certified pedorthist to aid you in this search.

In brief: Measure the prosthes

Unfortunately, there is no enforced standard for shoe sizing among manufacturers.
The most consistent sizing convention is based on a "brannock device", which is the metal cloverleaf shaped device seen in most shoes stores. Measure your prosthesis with one of these and it will give you a close to consistent (+ or - 2 shoe sizes) sizing convention for your new prosthesis.
