Symptoms: gas, bloat, cramps, loose stool, weight loss (or gain), fatigue (perhaps due to iron deficiency with or without anemia), muscle, bone or joint pain (perhaps due to fit d def; can be associated with lots of other nonspecific symptoms.
Signs: pallor, muscle loss, abdominal distension, edema, numbness or tingling, others. Not everyone with the above symptoms and signs has celiac sprue.
