Assuming that you have autoimmune thyroid disease and addison's disease, hair loss may also be the result of autoimmune attack on your hair follicles.
Given both adrenal and thyroid involvement it is also possible that the alopecia is from being sick awhile before treatment in which case it may improve with hormone replacement. A dermatologist will help to sort out and treat if necessary.
