Last night I had unprotected sex and I am worried I might have aids? What can I do now?

In brief: PEP or wait

If you have strong reason to think you're at risk, you can see a doctor or go to an er (today!) for post-exposure prophylaxis (pep).
Otherwise, you should get an HIV test in 3 and 6 months, or sooner (using a viral load or 4th generation test) if you feel sick with a fever and mono-like illness.
