There has to be two conditions for HIV to infect another person.
#1 the virus needs to enter the person's blood. #2. The virus needs to be in a high enough concentration to infect the person. The only 4 body fluids where HIV is in high enough concentration to infect another are: blood, semen, vaginal secretions and milk. Urine does not have an HIV concentration high enough to infect.
