I have itchiness in the nose and in my eyes every few days. Does this sound like a seasonal allergy?

In brief: Allergy?

More history is needed.
If symptoms occur during, for example, the spring and fall then seasonal allergy is likely. Seasonal allergy is usually due to pollens of trees (spring) and/or grass( summer) and/or weeds (fall). If symptoms are year-round then you dont have a seasonal propblem. You still may have allergy to things like dust, mold or pets.
