I am confused as to whether this is definite gluten intolerance if your gliadin antibody is high?

See below. Gluten intolerance in absence of celiac disease is common. There are many antibiody tests used to diagnose celiac disease (gliadin, endomysial, tissue transglutaminase). The IgA form of the antibodies are most specific. Gliadin is the least accurate of the three. All can be negative if you are on a gluten free diet. It is best to discuss your tests with your doctor.
