In brief: Kitchen Pantry
Assuming you are not allergic to the poison ivy and you are not experiencing any swelling, which is an emergency, you might also want to try making a baking soda paste.
Take 3 teaspoons baking soda to one teaspoon water, make a paste and apply it to the affected area. You can also use apple cider vinegar, warming it up a bit and use it as a compress in a cotton towel.

In brief: Many options
There are many natural remedies for poison ivy & poison oak, such as baking soda, aloe, apple cider vinegar & jewelweed.
A site where this is discussed is www.Earthclinic.Com/cures/poison_ivy.Html. One of my favorite approaches is homeopathy; rhus tox is the most classic remedy but others help as well, based on individual symptoms: www.Huffingtonpost.Com/amy-rothenberg-nd/homeopathy_b_1717180.Html.
