A paste of baking soda can be applied to the areas, or warm oatmeal, or salt water compresses, or tea compresses.
Lemon juice is mentioned by some but sounds a bit strong to me, if there are breaks in the skin -- acid that strong can burn. You can put oatmeal or salt in the tub and bathe in it if the rash is extensive. These help until you can see a doctor. It will last 3 weeks, so get help.
