In brief: Systemic symptoms
Hepatitis may have no symptoms at all clinically.
It can cause yellowing of the eyes and skin referred to as scleral icterus and jaundice. Right upper quadrant abdominal pain may occur. Fevers, nausea and vomiting can occur. Fatigue and malaise happen as well.
