Could I be pregnant if I had protected sex (used a condom)the day after my period ended and took Plan B the next day? I have a normal 28 day cycle.

In brief: Highly unlikely
You basically used two forms of birth control.
Your risk of pregnancy should be less than 2%.

In brief: Always possible
Despite our best efforts pregnancy is always a possibility when intercourse is involved, though i would say that it is unlikely in this case.
I would not recommend taking Plan B as a normal part of your routine, especially when you have taken other precautions. There is only one way to not get pregnant and that is through abstinence.
