How can you tell if you have mold, fungi, and/or yeast overgrowth in your intestines?

In brief: Unusual

All of us have yeast as part of our normal intestinal flora.
"overgrowth" would be very rare unless something was severely wrong with your immune system, you had been receiving antibiotics or other abnormal circumstances. You don't go looking for this for casual reasons.

In brief: The myth

Some practitioners try to sell you the idea that you have too much yeast or mold in your body as a cause of vague physical issues.
Their pitch is attractive for a chronic problem when you have tried lots of things. Yet the science is bogus and the process will involve repeated testing at a special mail out lab. reports will show you do better on the marginal treatments offered. Its a waste of time
