In brief: Support the back

Everyone is a little different.
Certainly, i would get up to stand and take walks as possible before you even get stiff. There are "lumbar rolls" that you can get from your chiropractor or physical therapist that support the curve of your back which helps. It would help if the seat could recline a little. You can also do lower leg exercises and stretches while you are sitting.
