Strength/ flexibilit. The most important aspects would be to work on core strength with abdominal and lumbar strengthening exercises. Also flexibility in the lower back, and ham strings is very important. Excess wt gain should be avoided as this puts additional stress on the front abdominal muscles.
I have pain in my right testes. I have erectile dysfunction too. I also got a lumbar spine injury. Is there any relation b/w my pain in testes, ED & LS?
