Many ways. Topical therapy, infrared coagulation, injection sclerotherapy, rubberband ligation.
Diet, Banding, OR. Many people with hemorrhoidal disease will benefit from adding a fiber supplement and increasing water intake. If that is ineffective, small rubber bands can be placed on the base of the hemorrhoid to allow them to fall off. If this is ineffective, surgery is always an option.
Depends. On the seveerity of the hemorrhoids and the symptoms. Proper diet and fluids wont get rid of them as they are normal venous structures that have been abused by your diet and bowel pattern. Depending on the severity, ligation, sclerosis, or surgery are the opti0ons when diet alone does not help. See a colorectal surgeon for more specigfic evaluation and advice.
Hemorrhoids. To "get rid of" hemorrhoids, avoid bearing down or straining to have a bowel movement. Avoid constipation no matter what! If you are in severe pain from hemorrhoids and that is what you are wanting to get rid of fast, then see a doctor for a strong topical numbing medicine.
Diet and position. Although they may not totally disappear, hemorrhoids can be lessened by a diet high in fibre, good hydration, very moderate alcohol, and efficient use of the bathroom. When you assume the position for bowel function, be purposeful. Don't be distracted by reading material or digital devices. When you are done, get up and get moving. This should help. Good luck.
Warm baths. If hemorrhoids only seen by colonoscopist with no associated symptoms then no treatment suggested. If there are mild symptoms, a rectal cream or warm soaks can help. If more symptomatic with pain and bleeding, resection or rubber banding would be needed.
Irritable bowel. You might need to maintain a healthy diet and healthy life style. Healthy diet with at least 20-25gm fiber and plenty of fluids (at least 1.2-1.5 liters per day). Your medications Amytriptaline and Lorazepam would both have effect on your bowel, and they would slow your bowel, resulting in incomplete emptying. You could discuss meds with your doctor and find alternatives.
How to get rid of 2 hemorrhoids without surgery? I have had 1 for a year now and recently another one came up.
Fiber and water. The best conservative treatment for hemorrhoids is to get plenty of fiber in your diet and consume plenty of water as well. To prevent hemorrhoids from causing problems such as bleeding or pain, you need to avoid constipation and straining.
Improve diet. Hemorrhoid usually developsin people who have low fiber diet, recurrent constipation, inadequate hydration, sedentary life style, spicy food. Prevention is the key. You need to introduce at least 30 gm of fiber a day, drink fluids, exercise daily. If these measures do not help you may need anti inflammatory suppositories/creams or if hemorrhoids are advanced and frequently bleed remove surgically.
Psyllium Fiber. If you want to only care for this without any surgical intervention, then psyllium fiber or an equivalent is likely the best treatment for long term. Make sure you purchase unflavored psyllium. Start with a teaspoon a night mixed in 16 oz of water every night. Unless they are stuck out and causing significant pain or itching, surgery can usually be avoided. You should consider seeing your doc.
Fiber, Surgery, etc. Hemorrhoid disease is often a byproduct of straining with defecation. Therefore, most people with hemorrhoids will benefit from increasing their fiber intake to 25-30grams/day and drinking at least 8-10 cups water. If this is unsuccessful, internal hemorrhoids can be removed by rubber band ligation in a doctor's office. Lastly, surgery can treat those that are not responsive to the above measures.
Options. Topicaltherapy, infection sclerotherapy, infrared coagulation, rubberband ligation.
