Depends on your age and the situation, in young active people it is not uncommon.
However, if the low rate is accompanied with dizziness, lightheadedness, chest pain or shortness of breath then it may be too low. Or if there is evidence of abnormalities of the conduction system then it is concerning. Treatment is placement of a pacemaker.
