I have avsd and a hypoplastic right lung. So would it be safe for me to get pregnant?

In brief: No!
If you really have an untreated avsd as an adult you likely have pulmonary hypertension and pregnancy poses a high risk to you.
Get a cardiologist to check you. Should you have had surgery with no residual defects the risk is low. But a pulmonary function test and pulmonary hypertension should be assessed prior to conception.
