My back hurts if I stand for more than 5 minutes. If I sit down for 10 it stops. I used to only have to have that area massaged once every 3 to 4 months now it's every week and I still have the problem. What can I do to help my lower back?

In the meantime, posture, orthotics (some inserts with good arches in your shoes may alleviate this) and , arched backrest in your desk chair, and gentle stretching may help you get by, possibly even resolve it.
