I have the particular signs (moprhea)since 1998, I think that it is going worse now. How can I stop it from speading? What precautions should I take?

Not much to do sadly. Morphea is a localized kind of scleroderma, but is different in that it does not affect the organs as scleroderma can. Morphea can be small areas, or larger, and causes tightening of the skin. We do not really know what causes it, but it may be autoimmune. Many treatments have been tried such as topicals, injections and powerful immune agents, none of which work very well. Best to see dermatologist.
