I'm an adult tga mustard correction. We had three consecutive triple digit days. When should I be concerned about the heat and my heart, or am I ok as long as I stay hydrated?

In brief: More than hydration
Everyone needs to be concerned about high temps, especially when humidity also high, & especially those with medical conditions (heart/diabetes) or on meds (especially psychiatric ones).
Monitor heat index (temp + humidity) as guide for seeking air conditioning (mall/supermarket/movies). High heat index prevents body from sweating properly, leading to heat stroke. Fans aren't enough.
