In brief: Hernia?

If you mean how to prevent a groin hernia, you can't.
Most groin hernias are congenital. They just get larger as you age. It is not something that you cause.

In brief: Stay slender

Groin hernias are not injuries.
They are a result of an anatomic defect, or wear and tear over years. Therefore, there is really no way to prevent them, except for one thing: avoid excessive weight gain. Obese people have far more hernias then the rest of us.
