Does anyone know how I can wean myself off of a topical steroid cream I use for eczema?

In brief: Transition Off

If you are clear, you can go to application every other day, then taper slowly over the next week.
Also, there are "non-steroid" creams/ointments called calcineurin inhibitors that can extend the cleared periods for chronic eczema. Also, "skin barrier creams" are helpful as they help maintain the disrupted skin barrier in people with eczema. A coordinated skin care plan is a must for eczema.
