In brief: Set a goal
That is both meaningful and reachable.
Can be anything and once you achieve it, you will not feel nearly as low. Don't be too harsh on yourself if you have a hard time. Just keep trying. Can also use people around you to help you achieve the goal. It is easier when there is a partner or team to support each other. You will be surprised how many people around you face this exact same challenge.

In brief: See below
Look at the positive aspects of your environment.
; create a positive summary of your day --best things that happen to you during the day; good sleep hygiene. Relaxation, self-care, positive affirmation. You might want to consider seeing a counselor to help guiding you through the process.
