Anyone have any ideas on how to permanently get rid of bullies?

In brief: Tell someone

Find someone you trust and say something.
Keeping it inside does nothing. Depending on the context, find out what resources you have at your disposal to stop the bullying. DO NOT TAKE THE LAW INTO YOUR OWN HANDS.

In brief: File charges

If they hurt you file a criminal complaint with law enforcement and go to the courthouse and file an order of protection against them if they violate the order of protection, dial 911 and pursue criminal charges against them. Also report them to your school guidance counselor and hopefully they will be expelled from your school.
If they touch you, that is battery- a criminal offense..

This is good advice. Too often, schools and communities will "laugh off" bullying behavior directed by one child or teen against another that would send an adult to jail.
