Try allegra, zyrtec or Claritin --- just read labels for precautions -- and the generics of these work just as well and are cheaper.Nasal saline rinses are helpful, as is naslacrom(used to be by presciption ).
Zaditor (ketotifen) is a good over-the-counter allergy eye drop. If these don't help enough , see an allergist. Also check out www.Acaai.Org.
