What's your experience with locoid (hydrocortisone butyrate) ointment? How does it compare to other steroid creams?

In brief: Mid to low potency
Locoid (hydrocortisone butyrate) is a medium to low potency topical steroid.
It is appropriate for mild inflammatory skin conditions like eczema. There are many other steroids in this class. The benefit is that there is very low risk of side effects with Locoid and the other class v (5) medium/low potency topical steriods. You can use them safely in more sensitive skin areas.
