Working your abs is very hard to do in pregnancy after about 25 weeks.
I think it is more important to engage in regular exercise, eat well, low glycemic. Don't gain too much weight to quickly but slow steady gain is healthier the exercise restrictions have been lifted for pregnant women. It is what you feel comfortable doing and what you are used to!
