In brief: No. play with dirt.
Manufacturers do not have the purchase power and therefore cannot condemn.
Hand sanitizer has a place in many situations and has been shown to be effective in situations where handwashing isn't available. It is true however that we have to encourage kids to exercise more, be outside more, play more & get dirty more instead of watching tv and playing inside video games. Engage with nature!
