Very rare. It is possible that a baby born to a mother with thyrotoxicosis and hyperthyroidism could have thyroid eye disease and graves ophthalmopathy. It is very rare and the anti thyroid antibodies would have to attack the baby's thyroid in the womb for this to happen.
