If abnormal tests in panel like ANA speckled at 40 did I ever have a disorder if asymptomatic at 60?

Not likely. Any lab test has false positives, and positive ANA in a 40 year old is not unusual. If you have no symptoms 20 years later, the ANA result was likely a false positive.
Meaningless alone. An ANA titer of 1:40, especially speckled, is meaningless apart from a clinical context. It's quite common in normal folks, especially as we get older.
